Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
  2. Add peanut butter and honey into a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Heat in the microwave for 15-30 seconds to slightly melt the honey and peanut butter.
  4. Toss in the old fashioned oats and stir until coated.
  5. Place the mixture in an even layer on a baking sheet lined with a silicone baking mat.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes then remove it from the oven and allow the granola to cool.
  7. The granola with get crunchier as it coolsit tends to be sort of soft when it first comes out of the oven.
  8. Toss cooled granola with chocolate chips and enjoy.
  9. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
