Brisket In A Bag Recipe
- 1 x Beef brisket
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Garlic salt
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 6 x -(up to)
- 8 x Nacho-sliced peppers
- 2 c. Water, or possibly half water/half wine Salt Pepper Rice
- To a large cooking bag add in brisket & flour.
- Shake to coat & add in rest of ingredients except rice.
- Seal bag & place in shallow baking dish.
- Poke several holes in top of bag.
- Cook at 350 for 3 hrs or possibly till done.
- Cook rice.
- Remove brisket from bag.
- Place cooked rice in bag to soak up drippings.
