Brisket In A Bag Recipe

  1. To a large cooking bag add in brisket & flour.
  2. Shake to coat & add in rest of ingredients except rice.
  3. Seal bag & place in shallow baking dish.
  4. Poke several holes in top of bag.
  5. Cook at 350 for 3 hrs or possibly till done.
  6. Cook rice.
  7. Remove brisket from bag.
  8. Place cooked rice in bag to soak up drippings.
