Mexican Five Layer Dip

  1. Peel avocado and cut up - layer in the bottom of a 10 inch pie plate or quiche pan.
  2. Cut tomatoes and layer on top of avocado.
  3. Mix 1 cup of mayo with the 2 taco seasoning mixes and layer on top of tomatoes.
  4. Slice olives and layer on top of mayo mixture.
  5. Spread cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Chill for 2 hours.
  7. Serve with nachos, tortilla chips (unsalted) or veggies for dipping.
