Sunny Citrus Cubes

• 4 tablespoons gelatin, unflavored
• 3/4 cup grapefruit juice
• 2 cups orange juice
• 1 teaspoon orange extract
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/4 cup walnuts chopped

1. Soften gelatin in grapefruit juice.
2. Add orange juice, orange extract and sugar.
3. Stir until dissolved.
4. Pour into 8 inch square pan.
5. Chill until partially set.
