Tex-Mex Hot Dog

  1. Heat hot dogs as directed on package.
  2. Chop onion; mix relish, onion and mustard..
  3. Place hot dogs in buns; top with relish mixture.
  4. Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces and wash carrots.
  5. Blend sour cream and salsa to make a dip for broccoli and carrots.
  6. Make Fruit in a Cloud by spooning whipped topping into four dessert dishes.
  7. Using back of spoon, spread whipped topping onto bottom and up sides of dishes.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  9. Slice bananas, thaw strawberries, and slice peach; blend.
  10. Spoon one-quarter of fruit mixture into center of whipped topping in each dish just before serving.
  11. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon almonds.
  12. Serve each person 1/2 cup (4 ounces) milk.
