Tex-Mex Hot Dog
- 4 OSCAR MAYER 98% Fat Free Wieners
- 4 tablespoon CLAUSSEN Sweet Pickle Relish
- 1/2 yellow onion King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 3 tablespoon
- 4 hot dog bun
- 2 broccoli spears
- 1/2 pound baby carrots Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1/2 tablespoon BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
- 1/8 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa
- 1 cup COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 1/2 pound frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 1 peach
- 4 tablespoon PLANTERS Almonds
- 32 ounce fat-free milk
- Heat hot dogs as directed on package.
- Chop onion; mix relish, onion and mustard..
- Place hot dogs in buns; top with relish mixture.
- Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces and wash carrots.
- Blend sour cream and salsa to make a dip for broccoli and carrots.
- Make Fruit in a Cloud by spooning whipped topping into four dessert dishes.
- Using back of spoon, spread whipped topping onto bottom and up sides of dishes.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Slice bananas, thaw strawberries, and slice peach; blend.
- Spoon one-quarter of fruit mixture into center of whipped topping in each dish just before serving.
- Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon almonds.
- Serve each person 1/2 cup (4 ounces) milk.
