Artichoke Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Bake pie shell 7 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven.
  4. Reduce oven to 325u0b0.
  5. Drain artichokes, reserving the marinade.
  6. Saute onion and garlic in reserved marinade 5 minutes. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs and add bread crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano and Tabasco.
  7. Stir in cheese, parsley, artichokes and onion mixture.
  8. Pour into the partially baked pie shell and bake 45 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool 5 minutes before cutting.
  10. Serves 6 to 8.
