Okara & Tofu Kanten Chocolate Cake for Dieters
- 100 grams Fresh okara
- 1 block Tofu (silken)
- 100 grams Soy milk (or milk)
- 50 grams Sugar
- 20 grams Skim milk
- 20 grams Cocoa (unsweetened)
- 2 grams Powdered kanten
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend.
- It's good to go when it's becomes smooth.
- If using a pound cake pan, line the inside with parchment paper.
- Alternatively, you can use muffin cups.
- Pour the batter into the cake pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180C for about 30 minutes.
- Once it's finished baking, let it cool in the cake pan.
- Once it cools to the touch, place the pan in the refrigerator to chill.
- It's nice and smooth thanks to the food processor!
