Okara & Tofu Kanten Chocolate Cake for Dieters

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend.
  3. It's good to go when it's becomes smooth.
  4. If using a pound cake pan, line the inside with parchment paper.
  5. Alternatively, you can use muffin cups.
  6. Pour the batter into the cake pan.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven at 180C for about 30 minutes.
  8. Once it's finished baking, let it cool in the cake pan.
  9. Once it cools to the touch, place the pan in the refrigerator to chill.
  10. It's nice and smooth thanks to the food processor!
