Heart Healthy Waffles (Pancakes) Recipe

  1. Heat the lowfat milk and stir in the quick oats.
  2. Let stand 5 min.
  3. Add in the dry ingredients - flour, spices, baking pwdr, soda and the molasses and veg.
  4. oil.
  5. Lastly add in 3 beaten Large eggs, quite stiff.
  6. Serve with sliced bananas, orange marmalade or possibly applesauce.
