Garlic Okra Pickles

  1. Wash okra well.
  2. Drain thoroughly and pack into hot pint jars.
  3. Combine vinegar, pickling salt, garlic and water.
  4. Bring to boiling; slowly pour into jars to within 1/2 inch of the top.
  5. Adjust the lids.
  6. Process in a water bath for 5 minutes (start timing when water returns to boiling).
