Peppercorn,Mushroom and onion Chuck roast

• 1 white onion sliced
• 1 1lb sliced baby bella mushrooms
• 3 tbsp course cut black pepper
• 1 envelope beefy onion soup mix
• 1/2 cup water

1. Combine all ingredients into an oven proof dish.
2. Cover with aluminum foil.
3. Roast on medium rack at two hundred and ninety degrees for 4 hours
