Emeril's Sweet Bbq Sauce

  1. In a food processor fitted with a metal blade, combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Process until smooth, about 15 seconds.
  3. Scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula.
  4. Pulse 2 or 3 times.
  5. Refrigerate overnight before using.
