Ladybirds Easy Creamy Steak Pasta
- 250 grams beef rump steak
- 100 grams pasta of your choice , i used spaggetthi sticks
- 1/2 cup grated cheese of your choice
- 100 ml thickened cream
- 1 egg
- 1 salt and pepper to season .
- Fry , grill or broil your steak till cooked to your liking and leave it to rest .
- Place pasta into a pot of boiling salted water and cook till done .
- Drain and place back into pot , but leave off the heat .
- Cut the precooked steak into small thin slices and then add them to the pot with the cooked , drained pasta in it .
- In a small bowl , mix together the cream , grated cheese and the egg and combine all together , season with salt and cracked black pepper , then add this mixture to the pot with the steak pieces and the cooked pasta in it and stir to combine all well .
- Place pot back into the heat and heat for about 3-5 minutes till heated through all and cheese has melted through the mix .
- Spoon into serving plates or bowls and serve hot , enjoy .
