Two Mushroom Tomato Pasta Toss

  1. Just follow our 3 simple steps
  2. Cook 1 chopped onion and 2 minced garlic cloves in a little oil in a large saucepan for 3 minutes or until onions start to soften.
  3. Add 1 1/2 cups sliced button mushrooms and 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh shiitake mushrooms; cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Add 1 can (28 fl oz/798 mL) drained Primo Diced Tomatoes, 1/2 cup diced ham and 1/2 cup water.
  5. Reduce heat and cook 10 minutes.
  6. Cook bite-size* Primo Pasta according to package directions.
  7. Drain and toss with sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with Kraft Grated Parmesan and chopped fresh parsley.
