Two Mushroom Tomato Pasta Toss
- 2 Tbsp. Primo 100% Pure Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups button mushroom, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups shiitake mushroom, sliced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can (28 fl oz/540 mL)) Primo Diced Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups bite-size pasta
- Just follow our 3 simple steps
- Cook 1 chopped onion and 2 minced garlic cloves in a little oil in a large saucepan for 3 minutes or until onions start to soften.
- Add 1 1/2 cups sliced button mushrooms and 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh shiitake mushrooms; cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add 1 can (28 fl oz/798 mL) drained Primo Diced Tomatoes, 1/2 cup diced ham and 1/2 cup water.
- Reduce heat and cook 10 minutes.
- Cook bite-size* Primo Pasta according to package directions.
- Drain and toss with sauce.
- Sprinkle with Kraft Grated Parmesan and chopped fresh parsley.
