Super-Chard Wrap
- 1/2 cups Chopped Walnuts
- 1 jar (16 Oz. Size) Salsa
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Dark Kidney Beans, Drained
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1 whole Red Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Chopped
- 1 whole Green Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 cup Corn
- 1 whole Avocado (flesh, Chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Jalepenos (optional)
- 6 whole Large Swiss Chard Leaves

- Pulse walnuts in a food processor until finely chopped.
- 2.
- Place chopped walnuts in a skillet and cook on medium heat until slightly browned.
- 3.
- Once walnuts have browned, pour the salsa into the skillet.
- It is going to sizzle a littledont worry this is normal.
- 4.
- Stir in beans and spices and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
- 5.
- When meat mixture is complete lay a Swiss chard leaf flat and place 1-2 tablespoons of meat in the middle of the leaf.
- 6.
- Layer on the toppings: red pepper, green pepper, onion, corn, avocado and jalapenos.
- Feel free to add toppings of choice.
- Get creative!

- Wrap and serve!
