Super-Chard Wrap

  2. Pulse walnuts in a food processor until finely chopped.

  4. Place chopped walnuts in a skillet and cook on medium heat until slightly browned.

  6. Once walnuts have browned, pour the salsa into the skillet.
  7. It is going to sizzle a littledont worry this is normal.

  9. Stir in beans and spices and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.

  11. When meat mixture is complete lay a Swiss chard leaf flat and place 1-2 tablespoons of meat in the middle of the leaf.
  12. 6.
  13. Layer on the toppings: red pepper, green pepper, onion, corn, avocado and jalapenos.
  14. Feel free to add toppings of choice.
  15. Get creative!

  17. Wrap and serve!
