Baked Cauliflower Gratin with Curry-Flavoured Mayonnaise

  1. Separate the cauliflower into small pieces, and parboil.
  2. Diagonally cut the wiener sausages into half.
  3. Slice the potatoes into thick quarters.
  4. Place in a large heatproof dish, and microwave.
  5. Combine the sauce ingredients.
  6. Lay the cauliflower and wiener sausages in the Step 2 dish, sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Drizzle in the sauce.
  8. Bake it in the preheated oven at 250C (500F) for 15-20 minutes until nicely browned.
