Baked Cauliflower Gratin with Curry-Flavoured Mayonnaise
- 1 bunch Cauliflower
- 1 Potatoes
- 1 bag Wiener sausages
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 8 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp Milk
- 1/2 tsp Curry powder
- 1 tbsp Grated cheese
- Separate the cauliflower into small pieces, and parboil.
- Diagonally cut the wiener sausages into half.
- Slice the potatoes into thick quarters.
- Place in a large heatproof dish, and microwave.
- Combine the sauce ingredients.
- Lay the cauliflower and wiener sausages in the Step 2 dish, sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle in the sauce.
- Bake it in the preheated oven at 250C (500F) for 15-20 minutes until nicely browned.
