Slow Cooker Pork Chops
- 4 whole Pork Chops
- 1 envelope (1 Oz. Packet) Onion Soup Mix
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 envelope (.87 Oz. Packet) Dry Pork Gravy Mix
- 1- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- Brown pork chops in a frying pan (just to get them brown).
- Place pork chops in a 4-quart crock pot.
- In a separate bowl, combine soup, onion soup mix, gravy and chicken broth.
- Stir until mixed.
- Pour over pork chops and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
