Fat-Free Pumpkin Raisin Cake

  1. Spray 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl combine dry ingredients; stir until smooth.
  3. Pour into prepared pan.
  4. Bake in 350F (180C) F oven 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. Cool in pan on wire rack.
  6. If desired, serve with Fat-Free Yogurt Cream Sauce.
