Brigitte's Festive Ham Slices
- 4 slices ham
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 x cloves whole
- 1 can plums
- Drain the plums but save 13 cup of the juice.
- Heat oven to 300F (150C).
- Place the ham slices in a shallow baking dish.
- Stud with cloves as many as you desire.
- Pour the plum juice over the ham and sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
- Top with plums and bake for 15 min.
