Spiced Turkey Stew (Leftover)
- 2 ounces butter
- 1 large onion, very finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon crushed fennel seed
- 14 ounces chopped tomatoes with juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
- 23 cup water
- 1 lb cooked turkey, leftovers
- Thoroughly mix all the ingredients and place in an ovenproof casserole dish.
- Put in a pre-heated 350F oven for 45 mins to an hour, stirring once.
- Serve.
