Dijon Cream Sauce with A.1.
- 1 qt. yellow onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup oil
- 1-1/2 gal. Prepared white sauce or Alfredo sauce
- 2-2/3 cups A.1. Original Sauce
- 2-2/3 cups GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
- Saute onions in hot oil in saucepan on medium heat 2 minutes or until tender.
- Add white sauce, steak sauce and mustard; bring just to simmer, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat.
- Hold at 140F or above for up to 1 hour, adding milk or water as needed to maintain desired consistency.
