Dijon Cream Sauce with A.1.

  1. Saute onions in hot oil in saucepan on medium heat 2 minutes or until tender.
  2. Add white sauce, steak sauce and mustard; bring just to simmer, stirring frequently.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Hold at 140F or above for up to 1 hour, adding milk or water as needed to maintain desired consistency.
