Easy Fish Chips Supper

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Bake fries as directed on package.
  3. Meanwhile, sprinkle fish with seasoning mix.
  4. Whisk egg and water in shallow dish until blended.
  5. Place bread crumbs in separate shallow dish.
  6. Dip both sides of 1 fish fillet in egg mixture; shake gently over dish to let excess egg drip off.
  7. Add to bread crumbs; turn to evenly coat both sides of fillet.
  8. Repeat with remaining fish fillets.
  9. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  10. Add fish, in batches if necessary; cook 5 min.
  11. on each side or until fish is golden brown and flakes easily with fork.
  12. Serve fish with fries.
