CREAMY CARMEL CRUNCH BARS
- 1 butter
- 1 (11oz.) pkg.carmel bits
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1/2 cup salted dry roasted peanuts
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup broken pretzels
- 1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 4 to 5 whole graham crackers
- Line an 8x8" pan with foil, letting foil extend over 2 sides.
- Coat foil with butter.
- Arrange the crackers in the bottom of the pan .
- Cutting to fit as needed; set aside.
- Melt carmel bits with heavy cream in microwave for 2 minutes.
- Stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Pour over crackers in pan.
- Sprinkle with peanuts, marshmallows and pretzels.
- Pressing gently.
- Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over mixture in the pan.
- Chill at least 1 hour.
- Remove from pan by lifting the foil before cutting.
