CREAMY CARMEL CRUNCH BARS

  1. Line an 8x8" pan with foil, letting foil extend over 2 sides.
  2. Coat foil with butter.
  3. Arrange the crackers in the bottom of the pan .
  4. Cutting to fit as needed; set aside.
  5. Melt carmel bits with heavy cream in microwave for 2 minutes.
  6. Stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  7. Pour over crackers in pan.
  8. Sprinkle with peanuts, marshmallows and pretzels.
  9. Pressing gently.
  10. Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over mixture in the pan.
  11. Chill at least 1 hour.
  12. Remove from pan by lifting the foil before cutting.
