Curried Crab Coleslaw w/ Kickin' Cocktail Mayo
- 1 large tomatoes, cored
- 2 ounces firm tofu
- 14 teaspoon curry powder
- 3 -4 tablespoons horseradish (depending on heat desired)
- 14-12 teaspoon cayenne powder (again, depending)
- black pepper, to taste
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 3 carrots, julienned or shredded
- 12 lb imitation crabmeat (1/2 shredded, 1/2 coarsely chopped)
- Whiz"Mayo" ingredients in a blender or processor in order directed, correcting seasonings to taste.
- Mix slaw ingredients in a large tupperware.
- Add"Mayo", put on top and give it a good shake.
- Best served after refrigerated several hours or a day.
