Heather's stew thingy
- 8 oz can of mushrooms
- 15 1/2 oz can of corn whole kernel
- 15 1/2 oz can of green bean , kitchen cut
- 15 1/2 oz can of chickpeas
- 2 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 6 Birdseye pepper/Thai chili peppers
- 15 1/2 oz can of vegetable broth
- 1 tsp Lawreys seasoned salt
- Mix everything together except milk
- After bringing to boil and boiling for 3 minutes add milk bring to simmer let rest 3 minutes hope you enjoy
