Spicy Pork Strips

  1. Slice pork into 1/4 inch thick strips.
  2. Place pork in a large Ziploc storage bag and return to refrigerator while preparing marinade.
  3. Whisk all ingredients (except pork) together in a medium-large bowl.
  4. Pour mixture over pork that is in the bag.
  5. Seal bag and knead pork around in the marinade.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  7. Transfer pork out of marinade and into a shallow baking pan.
  8. Set oven rack to middle of oven and broil pork on high for 3 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven, turn pork over, and continue broiling for an additional 2 or 3 minutes, or until pork is cooked through.
