Green Tea Rocket

• 1 1/2 ounces orange liqueur
• 1/2 ounce vanilla vodka
• 1 bag green tea
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
• 6 ounces hot water

1. Combine the orange liqueur, vodka, green tea bag, bitters and orange zest in a large mug.
2. Add the hot water and steep for 3 minutes.
3. Heat a cocktail glass by placing under hot running water.
4. Stir the cocktail and strain into the glass; serve hot.
