Pan-Fried Fish with Lemon and Zucchini

  1. Heat 2 Tbsp.
  2. dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add zucchini; cook and stir 4 min.
  4. or until crisp-tender.
  5. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min.
  6. Transfer to bowl; cover to keep warm.
  7. Heat remaining dressing in same skillet.
  8. Add fish; cook 2 to 3 min.
  9. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  10. Transfer fish to platter.
  11. Return vegetables to skillet; cook and stir 1 min.
  12. or until heated through.
  13. Stir in onions; spoon over fish.
  14. Serve with rice and lemon wedges.
