Mini Burgers with Bacon
- Chipotle Mayonnaise
- 1 qt. Kraft Mayo Calorie-Wise Real Mayonnaise
- 1 cup chipotle-flavored hot pepper sauce
- Burgers
- - lean ground beef
- 1 tsp. steak seasoning
- 24 slices Kraft Jalapeno Monterey Jack Slices, each cut into quarters
- 96 each miniature hamburger buns (about 2 inch), split
- 24 slices bacon, cooked, drained and cut into quarters
- 96 each gherkin pickles
- 96 pieces leaf lettuce leaves, torn into small pieces
- 24 each plum tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- Chipotle Mayonnaise: Mix ingredients; cover.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Angus Burgers: Shape meat into 192 small patties (or 48 patties for trial recipe), each weighing 1.5 oz.

- Cook patties on preheated 350 degrees F flat-top grill 2 min.

- Serve with 1 oz.
- (30 g) Chipotle Mayonnaise in a small ramekin.
