• 1 c. Sourdough Starter
• 2 1/4 c. Bread Flour
• 1 Tbsp. Sugar
• 1 Tbsp. Oil
• 1 tsp Salt
• 3/4 Tbsp. Yeast

1. Place ingredients in order in bread machine.
2. Makes large loaf in Hitachi.
3. Use quick setting, if it rises too long, it gets flats This is the best sourdough for bread machine which I have ever tried.
