Ham and Mustard Potato Salad

  1. Combine in a bowl the potatoes, ham, asparagus, tomatoes and half the chives, and toss gently with the mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard.
  2. Chill.
  3. Spoon the salad onto a serving plate, sprinkle with the remaining chives and serve immediately.
