Ice Cream Cocktail

• 1 quart coffee ice cream
• 12 ounces white Creme de Cacao

1. Using a blender, mix the two ingredients well.
2. Pour into champagne glasses.
3. Serve immediately.
4. This may be frozen and thawed for 20 minutes before serving.
