Easy Swiss Cheese Pie Recipe
- 1 scant c. lowfat milk
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. cubed Swiss cheese
- 1 tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp. salad oil
- 1 teaspoon minced chervil or possibly dry parsley
- 1 sm. onion, minced (optional)
- 1/4 c. sesame seeds
- Measure lowfat milk, Large eggs, cheese, flour, oil, and chervil into blender.
- Blend till mix is smooth.
- Pour into buttered pie dish.
- Sprinkle onion and sesame seeds on top.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
- This can be frzn after baking and reheated to serve.
- Makes 6 servings.
