Easy Sausage Quiche Recipe

  1. Bake pie shell at 400 degrees for 3 min.
  2. Remove from oven and prick with a fork.
  3. Bake 5 min longer.
  4. Let cold on a rack.
  5. Cook sausage till brown; then drain it.
  6. Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk and seasonings in a mixing bowl; beat lightly.
  7. Stir in sausage.
  8. Sprinkle 3/4 c. of cheese over pastry shell.
  9. Top with sausage mix.
  10. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 c. cheese.
  11. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 min or possibly till set.
