Gebraden Visch - Baked Fish

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. For the stuffing: Pour milk over bread crumbs.
  3. Melt butter; add onions and brown.
  4. Pour into bread crumbs.
  5. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  6. Rub fish inside and out with vinegar.
  7. Fill fish with stuffing, close opening.
  8. Place fish on a rack in a baking pan.
  9. Cover fish with bacon.
  10. Bake for about 40 minutes, basting occasionally.
