Chicken Salad
- 1 large Can of chunked chicken
- 2 stick celery
- 1/4 cup onions
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup frozen red and black grapes
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup hellman's mayonnaise
- Open can, drain juices from the can and dump into a bowl
- Using a fork shred the chicken into shreds
- Dice or mince pecans, grapes, celery, and onions.
- I have a master chef's cup that I put all of the ingredients into and cut into small pieces.
- Dump the additional ingredients into the bowl and mix together with the chicken.
- Add the mayonnaise, salt and pepper to the mixture and mix well.
- The frozen grapes helps in making the chicken salad cold fast.
