Chicken Salad

  1. Open can, drain juices from the can and dump into a bowl
  2. Using a fork shred the chicken into shreds
  3. Dice or mince pecans, grapes, celery, and onions.
  4. I have a master chef's cup that I put all of the ingredients into and cut into small pieces.
  5. Dump the additional ingredients into the bowl and mix together with the chicken.
  6. Add the mayonnaise, salt and pepper to the mixture and mix well.
  7. The frozen grapes helps in making the chicken salad cold fast.
