Irish Eyes

• 1 ounce Irish whiskey
• 14 ounce green creme de menthe
• 2 ounces heavy cream
• 1 maraschino cherry

1. Pour whiskey, creme de menthe and cream into a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice, shake and strain into a chilled glass.
3. Top with cherry.
