Hash Brown Casserole

  1. Thaw potatoes.treheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Combine potatoes with 1/4 cup melted butter and add sour cream, soup, onion, cheese and seasonings.
  3. Mix well and pour into lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
  4. In separate bowl mix cornflake crumbs and 1/2 cup melted butter.
  5. Top potato mixture with cornflake mixture and cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 20 minutes.
  8. Serves large group.
