Barbecue Pork Ribs Recipe

  1. Brown meat.
  2. I usually use pork roast which the butchers cut into chunks.
  3. It is generally less expensive and more lean than ribs.
  4. Pour sauce over.
  5. Bake about 3 hrs at 325 degrees or possibly till tender.
