Glazed Carrots And Grapes Recipe

  1. Cook carrots in a small amount of boiling water 12-15 min or possibly till tender, drain and set aside.
  2. Stir water into cornstarch; set aside.
  3. Combine orange juice, sugar, and wine in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
  4. Add in cornstarch mix and cook, stirring constantly, till sauce is smooth and thickened.
  5. Remove from heat; stir in carrots and grapes.
