Pesto Ricotta Sauce

• 2 c. frozen green peas
• 1 c. nonfat ricotta cheese
• 1/4 c. refrigerated pesto sauce (from a tub)
• 1 jar roasted red peppers

1. Stir frozen peas into pasta cooking water when pasta is added.
2. Mix ricotta cheese, pesto sauce and peppers.
3. Toss with hot, drained pasta and peas.
