Marinated Chicken Wings Recipe
- 3 lbs. chicken wings (or possibly chicken drumettes)
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 jigger gin (2 ounce.)
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- Dash of ginger
- Combine all ingredients (except chicken).
- Pour marinade over chicken.
- Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
- Bake on ungreased jelly roll pan at 375 degrees for 45 min.
- Serve hot or possibly cool as appetizer.
