Heidi's Bul Ko Kee

  1. Trim fat from meet and cut into thin strips.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and pepper.
  3. Add beef strips, cover and let marinade for 1 hour.
  4. Drain marinade into separate container.
  5. Cook beef in frying pan.
  6. Add garlic and brown, adding butter if juice is evaporated.
  7. Pour marinade into pan and cook on high heat for 1 minute.
  8. Serve immediately with rice.
