Heidi's Bul Ko Kee
- 1 lb beef sirloin
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Trim fat from meet and cut into thin strips.
- In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and pepper.
- Add beef strips, cover and let marinade for 1 hour.
- Drain marinade into separate container.
- Cook beef in frying pan.
- Add garlic and brown, adding butter if juice is evaporated.
- Pour marinade into pan and cook on high heat for 1 minute.
- Serve immediately with rice.
