Gluten-Free Apple-Spice Muffins

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees .
  2. In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine all of the ingredients.
  3. Pour the batter equally into a paper-lined muffin tin.
  4. They should be approximately three-fourths full.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for five minutes, before removing the muffins from the pan to a wire rack.
  7. Serve warm.
