Stuffed Italian Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Italian sausage, potato starch, flaxseed, egg, garlic powder and salt.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Dividing mixture into 20 meatballs.
  5. Form each meatball around 3-4 small cubes of mozzarella.
  6. Cover cheese completely.
  7. Place each meatball on baking sheet.
  8. Bake 1520 minutes.
  9. The center should no longer be pink.
  10. For presentation, add a little tomato sauce and fresh Parmesan on top.
  11. Serve immediately.
