Greek Salad (The Original)
- 3 -4 tomatoes (cut in pieces)
- 1 onion
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 green pepper
- 14 cup olive oil
- salt
- oregano
- 200 g feta cheese
- black olives (optional)
- In a large glass salad bowl cut tomatoes in medium pieces and then cut in slices onion, cucumber, green pepper, Mix them with salt and olive oil.
- Then add some black olives (if you want) and feta cheese in medium pieces.
- Spring some oregano and serve -- "kali sas orexi" bon appetite!
