Velveety Custard Pie Recipe

  1. Thoroughly mix Large eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla.
  2. Slowly stir in warm lowfat milk.
  3. At once, pour into unbaked pie shell.
  4. Dash with nutmeg.
  5. Bake in very warm (475 degrees) oven 5 min.
  6. Reduce heat to 425 degrees and bake 10 more min or possibly till knife comes out clean.
  7. This has proved to be a "never watery" custard pie!
