Chicken Corn Baked
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 3 cups corn, baked
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup cream
- 2 cups boneless chicken, boiled
- 1 14 teaspoons salt
- 1 pinch ground mace
- 1 pinch black pepper
- tomatoes, slices de-seeded,to garnish
- 3 -5 carrots, sliced,to garnish
- Beat the eggs in a bowl, one at a time.
- Keep aside.
- Put the baked corn in a bowl.
- Add cream and butter to it.
- Mix well.
- Add chicken.
- Add salt, mace powder and black pepper powder.
- Mix well.
- Grease an oven-proof dish.
- Pour the above prepared mixtures of eggs and chicken-corn in the oven-proof dish.
- Garnish with tomato slices and carrots.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 150 degrees C.
- Serve hot with rotis or parathas.
