Oven Beef Stew

  1. Bake covered in 325u0b0 oven for 2 hours.
  2. Brown meat and seasoning in oil.
  3. Add flour, salt, garlic powder, marjoram and pepper.
  4. Stir in tomatoes and broth and mix well.
  5. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
  6. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Stir twice during baking.
  7. Remove bay leaf.
