Oven Beef Stew
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 lb. stew beef
- Greek seasoning
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 small onions, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram leaves
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 16 oz. can Italian stewed tomatoes
- 10 oz. can beef broth
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 c. cubed potatoes
- 4 medium carrots, sliced
- Bake covered in 325u0b0 oven for 2 hours.
- Brown meat and seasoning in oil.
- Add flour, salt, garlic powder, marjoram and pepper.
- Stir in tomatoes and broth and mix well.
- Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Stir twice during baking.
- Remove bay leaf.
