Rotini Stir-Fry

  1. Prepare rotini per package directions and drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil and add chicken, broccoli, carrots and onion. Cook and stir over medium heat until the broccoli is tender (crisp).
  3. Add water, bouillon and tarragon, cook and stir until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Add hot cooked rotini and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Toss to coat.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Makes 8 servings. Contains per serving: 225 calories; 6 grams fat; 123 mg. sodium and 37 mg. cholesterol.
