Roasted Brussels Sprouts With Grapes
- 1 12 lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed & halved
- 1 lb red grapes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leave
- 12 teaspoon kosher salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- Heat oven to 375F
- On a large, rimmed baking sheet, toss the sprouts and grapes with the oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Turn the sprouts cut-side down and roast until golden brown and tender, 20-25 minutes.
